Peppers are good on just about anything

The garden did great this year but the peppers take first prize. Sometimes the intense heat makes their flesh soft but with the rather "cool" summer, they are much firmer this year. I think I like the hot banana peppers and red ceranos best. I make a pico/relish frequently and use it for Mexican food, hamburgers, bean relish, omlets, ribs, etc. Sometimes I'll add a cucumber too. This is the reward for toiling over a garden in TX:

6 jalepenos
4 red ceranos
5 banana peppers
1 small red bell pepper
1 t kosher salt
juice from 1/2 of 1 lime
2 small purple onions
*tons of fresh cilantro
