I've been told by many that the best BBQ can be found in St. Louis but as a Texan, I must protest. BBQ flavor is clearly regional but let's face it folks, true southerners know what they are doing when it comes to smok'n meat. The best BBQ I've ever tasted? Buzzies in Kerrville, TX. It's small, and not glamorous, but who cares about glamor when their meat is that good?!If you're ever in the Hill Country, check it out. BTW, their BBQ sauce is great too...but you won't need or want any.
